We first started offering landscaping maintenance services in Seattle in 1999. It was realized from the beginning that although landscape maintenance for businesses was a necessary service, the industry as a whole, was being very poorly serviced and managed. We viewed this as a tremendous opportunity. We want to bring positive leadership and help professionalize this segment of the Green Industry. To do this, we strive to give both our clients and team the best possible landscaping experience. Let’s work hard, value the sweat, and GSD. This is our fresh approach.

Our Training and Support

Training

Our award-winning training program is the best way to master our concept. It includes pre-launch training via our virtual online academy, onsite at our HQ, and then onsite in your territories.  All this supplemented by our extensive virtual library. We give you the tools to learn and use our system and go start GSD’ing on Day 1.

Operations

ManageMowed franchisees receive in-market honed operations processes and training programs; vendor Management, MC.A.R.E. Account Management Systems, Site Assessments, Finance and Accounting, Pricing and Estimating, and more.

Marketing

No. ManageMowed can be run as a semi absentee owner model. You will need to hire an Account Manager to do your sales and marketing. As a semi absentee owner you will be managing your account manager(s).

ManageMowed offers an onboarding training plan that includes online training to prepare franchisees for a one week in-person hands-on training in Edmonds, WA. This is followed by one week of training at your location facilitated by a Business Performance Coach and a team of specialists. Once launched, our support team will be available for any kind of support through emails, call or text and promise to respond within 5 minutes or less.

Absolutely not! In fact, we actually think it helps to NOT have any landscaping experience. We help you set up your franchisee through our training and support in operations, marketing and technology. What we do require is self-motivation, constant communication and a passion for serving your clients.
